** Part-Time Online Advisor / Sales **
Description:
Are you a sales driven individual looking for a new and exciting challenge? The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between clients and the customer service department. You will directly interface with customers resolving and answering questions relating to listings and lease transfers, including escalations. Must be able to convert new lease transfer inquiries and leads via e-mail and telephone into sales. Must also be comfortable with chat software and common sense knowledge of netiquette. This position is not restricted to our corporate office. Suitable for someone who wants to work days/evenings from home..
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience in an automotive, retail or hospitality environment
- Ability to be creative and persuasive
- Ability to exhibit professionalism with a positive attitude
- Well-spoken, friendly and articulate
- Computer with Microsoft Outlook
- Internet access
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel helpful, but not required
- This position is not a “work from home” scheme.”
